SiteConnect requires the Siteconnect Web Server and Browser Extension for use.

What Information Do We Collect?

The SiteConnect Browser Extension will only collect data from the SiteConnect Web Server.

SiteConnect Web Server will collect the following information:

• Operating System Display Name.
• Operating System Hostname.
• Operating System versions (Major, Minor, and Build/Patch).
• Operating System platform (Windows, Mac, or Ubuntu).
• The client private IP address.
• The client public IP address.
• The enabled state of any installed firewalls on the client.
• The enabled state of any installed Antivirus products on the client.

How Is This Information Used?

The information collected is referred to as a posture payload. We use this to validate whether the client machine is authorized to connect to the SiteConnect VPN endpoints.

What Information Do We Share?

The results of the posture payload would be logged and reviewed for troubleshooting issues reported by users.
